Quadcopter autonomous landing example

The image on the left shows a network of hx7 position transceivers. This is the minimum number of devices required to enable the extraction of 3d coordinate points from a ratsnest of precision distances.
Each transceiver has a standard USART TTL I/O, it doesn't matter which is the mobile point. Knowing all distances in the ratsnest, the transceivers enable dynamic spatial sense of the entire system. Being transceiver this device is also good for collision avoidance, since it can log the distance to the nearest object. Addon wireless module to enable IoT or a membership of the internet of things, is available for this system. This module plugs into the transceiver structure.

Hx7 evaluation kit
Some quadcopter drones have an ultrasonic proximity sensor, this sensor can interfere with the hx7 and needs to be disabled. A tape placed over and blocking the sensor will in most cases adequately disable the sensor.
